What a great way to pause the business of summer. We all had a lovely time and finished with cooling pranayama and eating watermelon. Sorry if you missed it, watch for more longer practices.

The Why, the How, and the Hurrah!

Learn how to accomplish these important yoga poses safely.

B.K.S Iyengar’s instructions were specifically directed toward thorough understanding in order to build confidence. We will approach Sirsasana (head balance) and Sarvangasana (shoulder stand) in modified stages for better absorption.

Six months of yoga experience suggested.

 

THURSDAY, DECEMBER 14TH, 6.30-8.30PM: THE GURU’S BIRTHDAY

A 2-hour practice to celebrate B.K.S. Iyengar's life and work. Birthday cake to follow the practice.  Part of your Senior Teacher 4 or 8-class package. Drop-ins by request at $25 +HST.
